We are looking for a **Business Analyst** to join our tech team and act as a key link between business stakeholders and technical teams. You will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements to ensure successful delivery of digital products and solutions.
**Responsibilities**
* Gather, analyze, and validate business and functional requirements
* Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
* Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, QA, and stakeholders
* Facilitate workshops, meetings, and requirement-gathering sessions
* Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and refinement activities
* Ensure solutions meet business objectives and user needs
* Assist during testing and UAT to validate delivered functionality
* Identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities in existing processes
* Maintain clear and well-structured documentation (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
**Requirements**
* 3+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in a tech or digital environment
* Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
* Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
* Ability to write clear and structured documentation
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
* Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Excel (SQL or BI tools are a plus)
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
**Nice to Have**
* Experience in SaaS, iGaming, fintech, or e-commerce
* Basic technical understanding (APIs, databases, system integrations)
* Experience working with remote or distributed teams
