**Junior HR & Talent Acquisition Generalist**

**Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Operations**
* Manage full-cycle recruitment including job posting creation, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and offer management
* Partner with hiring managers to develop role specifications, interview guides, and recruitment strategies tailored to business needs
* Maintain and grow a qualified talent pipeline using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking channels
* Track recruitment metrics and deliver weekly status reports on open roles, candidate progress, and time-to-fill
* Enhance candidate experience through timely communication, feedback, and onboarding coordination

**HR Process Support & Documentation**
* Assist in drafting and updating databases, policies, procedures, and interview frameworks
* Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth employee transitions
* Collaborate on employee engagement initiatives and remote workforce support activities

**Cross-Functional Coordination & Reporting**
* Communicate regularly with the HR Manager, and department leads to align on hiring priorities and talent needs
* Prepare weekly recruitment reports and escalate any blockers or risks to leadership
* Support shared HR resources and initiatives across Thinking IT projects and affiliates

**System Administration & Tools Management**
* Manage recruitment systems and tools including ATS, Google Workspace, and Slack access related to talent acquisition activities
* Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and security of candidate and employee information

**Confidentiality & Compliance**
* Maintain strict confidentiality of all candidate and company information
* Ensure recruitment and HR activities comply with applicable labor laws and company policies

* Ensure HR and recruitment activities comply with applicable labor laws and company policies
