We’re seeking an experienced Senior QA Tester to lead testing efforts and ensure our products deliver a flawless user experience. You’ll design test strategies, mentor junior QA team members, and work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain product excellence.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead QA planning, test design, and execution across multiple projects
* Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks
* Perform thorough regression, performance, and usability testing
* Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently
* Mentor and guide QA Analysts and junior testers
* Continuously improve QA processes and best practices
**Requirements**
* 4+ years of experience in software QA/testing
* Strong knowledge of QA automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress)
* Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
* Experience leading QA teams or projects is a plus
