**Role Description**
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tbilisi for a Customer Support Engineer. The Customer Support Engineer will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, providing technical support, and delivering exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing and resolving software issues, payment-related issues, guiding customers through product features and functionalities, and collaborating with internal teams to improve product support strategies.
