Your Role at TNET:
* Designing, building, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for applications using GitLab;
* Deploying, configuring, and managing services on AWS using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform;
* Implementing and maintaining monitoring and alerting solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, and Zabbix;
* Collaborating with development teams to ensure proper integration of DevOps practices throughout the software development lifecycle;
* Implementing security best practices across the DevOps pipeline;
* Troubleshooting and resolving infrastructure and application-related issues;
* Continuously improving and automating the deployment and release processes
* Assisting in the evaluation and adoption of new technologies to enhance the DevOps toolset;
* Managing and optimizing Docker and Kubernetes clusters for various environments;
* Stay up-to-date on the latest DevOps tools and technologies to implement best practices within the organization.

What We Are Looking For:
* Minimum of 4 years of experience in DevOps, system administration, or related field.
* Strong expertise with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration;
* Hands-on experience with AWS services and infrastructure management using Terraform;
* Proficiency in managing container repositories ;
* Solid understanding of CI/CD principles and experience with GitLab CI/CD;
* Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and tools;
* Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK and Loki;
* Familiarity with log aggregation and analysis using tools like Gray-Log;
* Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, etc.);
* Strong knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu and RedHat) systems administration;
* Understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements.
