**About this freelance role**
We are looking for motivated **Junior Recruiters / Recruitment Assistants** to join our team and focus exclusively on the **top of the recruitment funnel**. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for candidates, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from the moment applications come in. Your main responsibilities will include screening CVs, assessing candidate fit, managing written communication, and keeping our ATS organized and up to date.
This is a great opportunity for early-career recruiters or HR professionals who want to deepen their experience in talent acquisition within a fast-paced, international startup environment. We value strong attention to detail, excellent English communication skills, and a client-focused mindset.
**Requirements**
* At least 6 months of experience as a recruiter, HR specialist, support specialist, or project manager
* Education in HR, management, psychology, or sociology is an advantage
* Strong attention to detail, time-management skills, excellent written communication, and a client-oriented approach
* Proficiency in English: C1 or above
* Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
**Responsibilities**
* Conduct CV screening and candidate assessments
* Manage written communication with candidates in English to ensure a smooth recruitment process
* Maintain and update the ATS with candidate status and feedback
* Conduct cold searches for relevant candidates
**What We Offer:**
* Flexible full-time (40 hours per week) remote project
* Hourly rate – 6 USD per hour
