Responsibilities:
* Plan the team’s work: create sprints, set priorities, and distribute tasks.
* Participate in designing architectural solutions.
* Oversee infrastructure tasks — build, containerization, and delivery of updates.
* Coordinate the development of new features and collaboration between team members.
* Control the quality of releases and the technical state of the application.
Requirements:
* Experience managing a development team of 3+ people.
* Strong knowledge of TypeScript and React.
* Experience working with Electron.
* Basic understanding of CI/CD and builds for different operating systems.
* Knowledge of desktop environments (Windows or macOS).
