This is how you’d work as part of our team:
- Master: TailwindCSS, TypeScript, Next.js, PostgreSQL
- High proficiency: JavaScript, React, ReactNative, Node.js
- Implement Figma designs • Set up a database from scratch
- Review and give feedback on commits and pull requests
- Understand server infrastructures and workers
- Enjoy low bureaucracy: only one fixed team meeting per week
- Work on small to medium-sized projects (1-6 months)
Details of our collaboration 🤝
- 🌍 100% remote contract & flexible hours: work from anywhere on a schedule that fits your life, mainly within the Monday–Friday 8.00–20.00 (GMT+1) timeframe
- 🧘♀️ 30-hour work week: work less, recharge, avoid burnout, and develop yourself. We need you to shine long term.
- 🌴 Paid off days: 25 days annually
💸 Transparent compensation:
- Senior level: $2200 – $3000 USD/month, 30 hours per week
- (Medior level: $1500 – $2200 USD/month, 30 hours per week)
