**This is how you’d work as part of our team:**
* Master: **TailwindCSS, TypeScript, Next.js, PostgreSQL**
* High proficiency: **JavaScript, React, ReactNative, Node.js**
* Implement **Figma designs** • **Set up a database** from scratch
* **Review** and give feedback on **commits** and pull requests
* Understand **server infrastructures** and workers
* Enjoy **low bureaucracy**: only one fixed team meeting per week
* Work on **small to medium-sized projects** (1-6 months)

**Details of our collaboration 🤝**
* 🌍 **100% remote contract & flexible hours:** work from anywhere on a schedule that fits your life, mainly within the Monday–Friday 8.00–20.00 (GMT+1) timeframe
* 🧘‍♀️ **30-hour work week:** work less, recharge, avoid burnout, and develop yourself. We need you to shine long term.
* 🌴 **Paid off days:** 25 days annually

**💸 Transparent compensation:**
* *Senior level: $2200 – $3000 USD/month,* 30 hours per week
* *(Medior level: $1500 – $2200 USD/month, 30 hours per week)*
