**Senior Full-Stack Developer at TRAVLRD**
**Job Summary:**
TRAVLRD is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer for exciting and versatile web development projects. This is a 100% remote contract position with flexible hours and a 30-hour work week to promote work-life balance and avoid burnout.
**Key Responsibilities and Working Style:**
* Master and utilize: TailwindCSS, TypeScript, Next.js, PostgreSQL.
* Demonstrate high proficiency in: JavaScript, React, ReactNative, Node.js.
* Implement Figma designs.
* Set up databases from scratch.
* Review and provide feedback on code commits and pull requests.
* Understand server infrastructures and workers.
* Enjoy low bureaucracy with only one fixed team meeting per week.
* Work on small to medium-sized projects (1-6 months lifecycle).
**Collaboration Details:**
* **Work Arrangement:** 100% remote contract.
* **Hours:** Flexible, mainly within Monday–Friday 8:00–20:00 (GMT+1) timeframe.
* **Work Week:** 30 hours per week to encourage recharging and personal development.
* **Paid Time Off:** 25 days annually.
**Compensation:**
* **Senior Level:** $2200 – $3000 USD/month (for 30 hours per week).
* (Medior Level: $1500 – $2200 USD/month, for 30 hours per week).
