🎯 **What you’ll be doing**
* Full-stack web development (Next.js + Node)

* Collaborating with the team in English
* One weekly team meeting (minimal bureaucracy)
🧩 **What you’ll be working on**
* SaaS platforms
* E-commerce + admin systems
* Client portals, dashboards
* Custom business applications
**Tech stack:** TailwindCSS, TypeScript, Next.js, PostgreSQL, React, Node.js
✔️ **We’re looking for someone who**
* Is confident with **TailwindCSS, TypeScript, Next.js, PostgreSQL**
* Uses **React and Node** comfortably in real projects
* Has **1–3 years of experience** (3–5 years is a plus)
* Communicates well in English
* Enjoys thinking in systems and owning full features end-to-end
* Can **solve problems independently** and explain *why* a solution works
* Uses AI tools **as support, not as a replacement** for core development skills
* Is able to design, debug, and reason about solutions **without relying on AI-generated code**

* What matters to us is that you **understand what you’re building**.
* We’re NOT looking for “vibe coders”, but for developers who can think through problems, explain their decisions, and write solid code **with or without AI assistance**.
