We’re looking for a QA Tester who loves turning ideas into shipped features, works closely with developers, and feels comfortable making decisions in high-ownership environment.
**Role Description**
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tbilisi for a Software Quality Assurance Tester. The QA Tester will be responsible for designing and executing test cases, identifying and reporting defects, and ensuring the overall quality of software products. Other responsibilities include analyzing requirements, performing functional and regression testing, and collaborating with development teams to enhance software performance and reliability. The role requires meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
**Qualifications**
* Proficiency in Test Execution and strong Software Quality Assurance skills
* Competency in ensuring and maintaining Software Quality
* Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to detect patterns and potential issues
* Effective problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
* Familiarity with testing tools and frameworks
* Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
* Experience in Agile environments is a plus
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
