**Responsibilities:**
* Gather and formalize business requirements from internal clients (product, marketing).
* Analyze current processes, identify optimization points to improve UX and increase conversion.
* Describe functional requirements and coordinate them with development, QA, and design teams.
* Prepare and maintain documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories, business process diagrams).
* Research user scenarios and analyze their impact on key KPIs: registration, deposit, bet, retention, LTV.
**Requirements:**
* 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst.
* Experience in iGaming is mandatory.
* Understanding of key betting metrics: GGR, NGR, RTP, hold, churn rate.
* Experience conducting A/B tests and analyzing their results.
* Excellent communication skills: ability to ask the right questions and translate business needs into development requirements.
* Proficiency in tools: Confluence, Jira, Miro, Figma.
