**About the Role:**

We are seeking an experienced Integration Manager to join our international company specializing in reliable and modern B2B IT solutions. You will be responsible for the end-to-end integration process, from requirement gathering to launch and post-support.

**Responsibilities:**

* Manage full integrations, from operator requirements to launch and post-support.
* Design and document integration flows, including APIs, free rounds, jackpots, and promotional tools.
* Coordinate with engineers, QA, and operators/aggregators, managing risks and timelines.
* Participate in setting up incident monitoring and key metrics such as uptime, latency, balance, and game launch conversion.
* Define KPIs for integration time-to-market (TTM) and impact on Gross Gaming Revenue (GGR).

**Requirements:**

* 3+ years of experience in B2B integrations with external APIs, preferably in iGaming, fintech, or high-load environments.
* Understanding of REST APIs, Postman, authentication protocols, JavaScript, JSON, and XML.
* Project management skills and experience communicating with external partners.
* Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher, enabling business correspondence and participation in work calls.

**Bonus Points:**

* Experience in the iGaming sector, including integrations with aggregators (e.g., SoftGamings, Slotegrator) and operators. Knowledge of key product features like Free Rounds, Tournaments, and Jackpots is a plus.
* Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Grafana and Kibana.
* Proficiency in SQL and the ability to write scripts for data analysis and incident troubleshooting.
* Understanding of security requirements and certification standards like ISO 27001.
* Basic knowledge of testing processes and QA team operations.
