**About the Role:**
We are seeking a motivated and analytical PSP Analyst to join our international IT solutions company. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing payment traffic, calculating profitability across various payment systems and methods, and optimizing payment routing strategies.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Analyze payment traffic by payment systems and methods.
* Calculate profitability for each payment route.
* Optimize traffic distribution considering cost of turnover, settlement cost, conversion rates, and regional tax burdens.
* Determine the effectiveness of current traffic distribution models to maximize profit.
* Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for traffic costs.
* Prepare and implement recommendations for traffic distribution and monitor compliance.
* Make timely adjustments to traffic distribution based on requests from other departments.
**Qualifications:**
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
* Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
