**About the Client:** An international product IT company specializing in the development of high-load projects in the iGaming sector (entertainment, gaming, and sports).

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Diagnose and reproduce B2B client incidents to quickly identify causes and minimize business process impact.
* Verify data correctness and system interactions using SQL and message brokers (Kafka).
* Prepare technical reports and structured updates for the development team and clients, detailing the issue and resolution.
* Collaborate with the engineering team to resolve complex incidents and optimize support processes.
* Provide expert assistance to L1 support for escalated critical cases.

**Skills and Tools:**
* Proficient in SQL and technical data analysis.
* Understanding of REST API (request/response structure, contract management) and experience with message brokers (Kafka, NATS).
* Knowledge of microservice architecture principles and service integration.
* Experience with service testing and diagnostics using Postman, system monitoring via ELK / Kibana / Grafana / Sentry, and task management in Jira / YouTrack.

**Would be a plus:**
* Experience with Grafana, Sentry, Jenkins, Redis, ClickHouse.
* Knowledge of Charles / Proxyman, DevTools.
* Basic Git skills.
