We are engaged in the in-house development and support of a content management system for large companies, including those with global recognition, most of which represent B2B solutions in the entertainment, gaming, and sports (iGaming) sectors, in search of a Talent Sourcer.
**What you will be doing:**
* Searching for candidates from various sources: HH, LinkedIn, Habr, GitHub, specialized Telegram chats, and others.
* Posting vacancies on job boards, in groups, and channels.
* Cold sourcing candidates and utilizing new recruitment channels.
* Conducting initial screenings.
* Analyzing search results: creating candidate funnels and reports.
* Managing and updating the candidate database in the Huntflow CRM system.
**What we expect from you:**
* Experience as a sourcer or recruiter.
* Ability to formulate Boolean and X-Ray queries for effective searching.
* Knowledge and experience with job boards: LinkedIn, Habr Career, HH, GitHub, Telegram chats.
* Skills in posting vacancies and processing applications.
* Experience in cold sourcing and executive search.
* Responsibility, systemic approach, and consistency in work.
