**Tribe.xyz hiring Volume Talent Acquisition Partner (fixed-term) – Georgia/Hungary**

**The Role:**
This is a full-time, remote role offered on a 6-month fixed-term B2B contract. We’re looking for someone who can join us within a few weeks at most.
**Preferred locations:** Georgia or Hungary.
**As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will:**
* Work closely with one or multiple scaling companies in Europe.
* Set up hiring processes, scorecards, interviews, and analytics for each process.
* Communicate and strengthen relationships on a regular basis with key stakeholders.
* Be responsible for analyzing the best sources of candidates, advertising effectively, and running sourcing activities.
* Be responsible for the longevity of projects and delivering solutions for our clients.
**Requirements:**
* Native or bilingual proficiency (verbal and written) in Georgian or Hungarian (high C1 or C2 level required).
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (minimum C1 essential).
* At least 6-12 months of experience in high volume hiring in a fast-growing environment.
* Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
* Ability to actively come up with and implement ideas for clients to improve their hiring funnel.
* An in-house recruiter mindset: you think about the long-term picture of the company, not just making a hire.
* Solid understanding of the robust recruitment process and positive candidate experience.
* Ability to use data to make better decisions and drive results.
