Main Responsibilities:
* Manage and optimize Docker-based services running on Hetzner Cloud (and eventually AWS).
* Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitLab and GitHub Actions).
* Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting systems for reliable production visibility.
* Improve deployment speed, reliability, and rollback safety.
* Collaborate closely with developers to streamline delivery workflows and security practices.
Required Skills:
* Solid experience with Docker and container orchestration (Docker Compose, possibly Kubernetes).
* Familiarity with Hetzner, AWS (EC2/ECS/ECR, networking, load balancing, etc)
* Expertise in GitLab CI/CD and GitHub Actions.
* Knowledge of infrastructure automation, monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, etc.), and Linux system administration.
* Strong understanding of security best practices, SSH access control, and secrets management.
* Prior experience in early-stage startup environments, capable of building things from scratch.
