**Responsibilities:**
* Automate the configuration and management of dev, staging, and production environments.
* Create automated software build and deployment processes.
* Architect next-generation CI/CD processes and pipelines to ensure faster time-to-market and positive end-user experience.
* Continuously evaluate tools and technologies to improve the overall release process.
* Work closely with development and IT teams to automate product delivery.
* Create and maintain network documentation.
* Build ad-hoc automation as requested.
* Coordinate with various teams across the organization.
* Participate in roadmapping, architecture, and planning discussions.
* Set up comprehensive full-stack observability and monitoring solutions.
* Collaborate with engineers to provide Level 3 support.
* Participate in supporting events and advertising campaigns.
* Respond to alerts from monitoring systems.
* Create and maintain backup and disaster recovery plans.
**Requirements:**
* At least 5 years of experience in DevOps or related roles (e.g., SRE).
* Strong expertise in AWS.
* Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation).
* Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and processes.
* Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python, PowerShell).
**Mode of Work:**
* Function as a SRE/DevOps engineer within the current DevOps team, supporting all TulaCo customers.
* Alternatively, be part of the current DevOps team but assigned to 2-3 large projects.
