**Job Title:** Cloud Solutions Engineer

**Description:**
UGT Cloud is looking for an energetic and motivated individual to join their team as a Cloud Solutions Engineer. The role involves guiding customers through the selection process of cloud services that meet their needs and requirements, collaborating with the sales team, and providing technical support. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about UGT Cloud services and participate in the development of new services and products.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Identify customer needs and requirements, and develop solutions using UGT Cloud products and services.
* Prepare the technological and functional aspects of proposals and present them to clients.
* Collaborate with company sales representatives and support them in convincing clients to purchase UGT Cloud services.
* Participate in UGT Cloud product and template solution development projects and create technical content for marketing activities.
**Skills and Requirements:**
* Good knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure setup: servers, data centers, networks, virtualization, data backup, security.
* Basic knowledge of public cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
* Fluent Georgian and English languages (Russian knowledge is a plus).
* Preferably 2-4 years of experience as an IT Systems/Network Administrator or IT Manager.
* Alternatively, experience as a Pre-sales Engineer in an IT company is acceptable.
