Establishment of a Roster of Graphic Designers – 2026, Tbilisi, Georgia

**Role Summary:**
The UNICEF Georgia Office is seeking to update its roster of qualified local graphic designers to support the development of high-quality communication and visibility materials. Designers will be engaged on demand to create visual assets in line with UNICEF’s global branding, accessibility, and digital communication standards. This is an announcement to establish a roster of pre-qualified designers; inclusion does not guarantee a contract.
**Key Tasks and Deliverables:**
* Provide creative design concepts for print and digital products (brochures, reports, infographics, social media materials, etc.).
* Develop layouts and prepare final print-ready files and optimized digital versions.
* Collaborate with UNICEF, propose initial design concepts, and revise designs based on feedback.
* Create illustrations, icons, diagrams, and infographics.
**Duty Station:**
Remote work from Georgia.
**Qualifications and Experience Required:**
* Proven professional experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio.
* Advanced skills in industry-standard software (Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop; Figma is an asset).
* Experience in producing materials from concept to final product.
* Strong knowledge of printing processes, color management, and digital optimization.
* Good understanding of modern digital communication formats and visual trends.
* Ability to ensure brand consistency and follow guidelines.
* Fluency in Georgian and English.
* Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
* Access to a fully equipped workstation with licensed design software.
