**Job Description:**
UNICEF is seeking an international expert or group of experts to identify and adapt evidence-based, age-appropriate, and culturally sensitive programs for children and caregivers on the prevention of sexual violence (including online). These programs should be designed for delivery through both in-person and online modalities.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Identify and adapt evidence-based capacity-building programs for children (ages 6-9, 10-13, and 14-18) and caregivers on the prevention of sexual violence. The content must align with international best practices, be compatible with the Georgian child protection system, and be culturally adapted to the Georgian context.
* Collect, review, and systematize licensing and intellectual property requirements for the selected programs, including permissions for adaptation and translation.
* Develop comprehensive facilitator/trainer profiles outlining required qualifications, core competencies, training pathways, and supervision arrangements.
* Design capacity-building activities for facilitators/trainers to ensure quality and safe implementation of the selected programs.
* Develop guidelines for ensuring meaningful child participation in the design process.
**Qualifications:**
* Advanced university degree (Master’s or higher) in social work, psychology, education, public health, child protection, or a related field.
* At least five years of professional experience in child protection.
* Proven expertise in the prevention of child sexual violence and child rights.
* Proven expertise in evidence-based program adaptation, capacity building, and training design.
* Strong knowledge of international child protection standards, trauma-informed practice, and child participation (INSPIRE, RESPECT, Barnahus, Luxembourg Guidelines).
* Experience working in the Eastern Europe/Caucasus region is an asset.
* Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills in English.
* Strong capacity for participatory and child-centered approaches.
