IT Project Manager

**Job Description:**
JSC Insurance Company UNISON is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of IT initiatives. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, developers, and infrastructure teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage the full project life cycle for IT projects (planning, execution, monitoring, delivery, and closure).
* Translate business requirements into clear, actionable tasks for technical teams.
* Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource plans.
* Lead daily/weekly status meetings, track progress, and remove roadblocks.
* Manage scope, risks, issues, and changes, and keep stakeholders informed.
* Coordinate work between internal teams (development, infrastructure, QA, security, operations) and external vendors.
* Prepare and present project status reports and dashboards for management.
* Ensure appropriate testing, documentation, and training before go-live.
* Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and standards.
**Required Qualifications & Experience:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
* 1+ years of experience in IT project management or a similar role.
* Proven experience managing projects in software / web / mobile development.
* Understanding of project management methodologies.
* Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, MS Project, etc.
* Strong technical understanding of Software Development Life Cycle, environments (dev/test/prod), APIs/integrations; Basic concepts in databases, networks, or cloud.
* Communication skills in Georgian, English, and Russian.
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects in parallel.
* Demonstrated stakeholder management skills: ability to work with business users, IT teams, and senior management.
