Your Mission:
As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing and scaling recruitment processes while maintaining a high bar for talent and candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the full recruitment lifecycle from role intake to offer acceptance
Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers and leadership
Recruit for a wide range of positions (operations, corporate, support, senior roles, and niche positions)
Proactively source top-tier candidates using advanced sourcing techniques
Build and maintain long-term talent pipelines
Lead complex and senior-level hires independently
Ensure a consistently excellent candidate experience
Improve and optimize recruitment processes, tools, and workflows
Contribute to employer branding and hiring strategy discussions
Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for a very experienced recruiter who is confident, structured, and capable of handling complexity.
Requirements:
Significant experience as a Senior Recruiter
Knowledge of Russian Language is a must
Proven track record of closing roles across different functions and levels
Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills
Ability to work independently and take full ownership of recruitment outcomes
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Experience working with international or remote teams
Strong sourcing expertise and market awareness
High level of professionalism, discretion, and accountability
