Utopia is looking for a highly experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team and play a key role in building exceptional talent across the organization. This is not a junior or mid-level role — we are seeking a true recruitment professional who can operate independently, influence stakeholders, and own hiring processes end to end at a strategic level.

**Your Mission:**
As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing and scaling recruitment processes while maintaining a high bar for talent and candidate experience.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Own the full recruitment lifecycle from role intake to offer acceptance
* Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers and leadership
* Recruit for a wide range of positions (operations, corporate, support, senior roles, and niche positions)
* Proactively source top-tier candidates using advanced sourcing techniques
* Build and maintain long-term talent pipelines
* Lead complex and senior-level hires independently
* Ensure a consistently excellent candidate experience
* Improve and optimize recruitment processes, tools, and workflows
* Contribute to employer branding and hiring strategy discussions
**Who We’re Looking For:**
We are looking for a very experienced recruiter who is confident, structured, and capable of handling complexity.
**Requirements:**
* Significant experience as a Senior Recruiter
* Knowledge of Russian Language is a must
* Proven track record of closing roles across different functions and levels
* Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills
* Ability to work independently and take full ownership of recruitment outcomes
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Experience working with international or remote teams
* Strong sourcing expertise and market awareness
* High level of professionalism, discretion, and accountability
