Vidodo Guide is looking for a Manual QA Engineer with a desire to grow into Automation QA. The role involves testing a travel-tech product, specifically a mobile audio guide app that uses GPS for automatic story playback.
**Responsibilities:**
* **Stage 1: Manual QA (first 3-6 months)**
* Testing the Flutter mobile app on iOS and Android.
* Testing web platforms (Vue.js and React).
* Performing functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing.
* Testing GPS functionality and geolocation triggers.
* Verifying audio content quality, synchronization, and auto-play features.
* Testing offline mode and data synchronization.
* Testing payment flows and bookings.
* API testing for the Python backend.
* Writing test cases and maintaining documentation.
* **Stage 2: Transition to Automation (6+ months)**
* Learning automation tools under mentorship.
* Writing automated tests in Python (Pytest).
* Automating the Flutter app.
* Automating smoke and regression scenarios.
* Integrating automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline.
* Participating in the selection of approaches and tools.
**Qualifications:**
* **Required:**
* Minimum 1 year of commercial experience in Manual QA.
* Experience testing mobile applications (iOS and/or Android).
* Understanding of client-server architecture.
* Experience with Postman or similar tools.
* Experience with Charles Proxy / Fiddler.
* Basic SQL knowledge.
* Experience with Git.
* Experience with bug trackers (Jira, Linear, Trello).
* English level: Intermediate+.
* **Strong desire to develop in automation.**
* **Advantageous:**
* Basic Python knowledge.
* Experience testing Flutter applications.
* Familiarity with Pytest, Selenium, Playwright.
* Experience with CI/CD.
* Experience testing geolocation services.
* Experience testing audio/video content.
