Junior Recruiter (fully remote, no prior experience required)
**What You’ll Do**
This is a fast-paced role that combines recruiting, relationship-building, and elements of sales. Every day is dynamic and people-focused.
Your typical responsibilities will include:
* Calling and connecting with IT, Engineering, and Administrative professionals identified by our research team (no prior experience in these industries or technical background is required, we provide full training)
* Presenting U.S.-based job opportunities
* Conducting interviews and evaluating candidates
* Preparing and submitting candidate documents
* Coaching candidates before client interviews
* Following up after interviews
* Extending job offers and guiding candidates through the hiring process
You will build long-term professional relationships and directly influence people’s careers.
**Who This Is Perfect For**
* You have Upper-Intermediate English or higher
* You genuinely enjoy communicating and negotiating
* You are confident on the phone and like structured goals
* You are self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
* You like performance-based income and measurable achievements
* You are available Monday–Friday, 5 pm – 2 am Tbilisi time (8 working hours + 1-hour break)
* You have a personal laptop or PC (corporate laptop will be provided after 6 months of work)
