We are an American recruiting company with over 30 years of success in the US recruiting market. We are looking for a motivated and competitive Lead Generation Specialist who enjoys working independently in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys research, numbers, productivity goals, and measurable results.
Our corporate trainers will teach you everything you need to succeed in this role. No prior work experience is required.

This is a dedicated sourcing position focused on candidate identification and research. It is an independent contributor role and does not transition into a full-cycle recruiter position, as our company structure separates sourcing and recruiting functions.

**What do we ask for?**
* Strong online research skills

* Upper-intermediate spoken and written English
* Good MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
* Availability to work from 5 pm till 2 am Tbilisi time (8 hours with a 1-hour dinner break).
**What does this role involve?**
* Read and understand various job openings provided by our clients
* Research all unfamiliar skills and technologies to build a good understanding of the requirements for the qualified candidate
* Identify qualified candidates from the resume database, access to which we provide
* Cooperate with the recruiting team in selecting the best-qualified candidates for our clients’ job openings
* Work with performance metrics focused on volume and quality of submitted profiles
