Do you enjoy talking to people, building trust, and helping others make important career decisions? We are a U.S.-based recruiting company with over 30 years of success in the American IT staffing market. As our client demand continues to grow, we are expanding our international team of Recruiters.
This role is centered around communication, influence, and relationship-building. It is not a full-desk role and does not involve client acquisition or business development. You will focus on candidate engagement, interview preparation, and guiding professionals through the hiring process. If you are naturally persuasive, empathetic, and confident in conversations, this role is designed for you.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Connect with IT, Engineering, and Administrative professionals identified by our sourcing team (No technical background required, we provide training.)
* Conduct structured phone and video interviews
* Understand candidate goals, motivations, and expectations
* Present U.S.-based job opportunities clearly and confidently
* Prepare candidates for interviews with U.S. clients
* Provide coaching and guidance throughout the interview process
* Maintain regular follow-ups and build ongoing relationships
* Support candidates through the offer and onboarding stages
This role is about guiding people, building trust, and influencing positive career outcomes.
**Requirements:**
* Upper-Intermediate English or higher
* Strong communication and active listening skills
* Comfortable speaking on the phone daily
* Ability to build rapport quickly
* Organized and disciplined in a remote environment
* Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on measurable results
* Availability Monday to Friday 5 pm – 2 am Tbilisi time (8 working hours + 1-hour break).
* Personal laptop or PC (corporate laptop provided after 6 months)
* Recruiting experience is a plus, but not required. We provide structured training from the ground up.
