**Remote Recruiter (U.S. Market | Performance-Based Growth)**
We are a U.S.-based recruiting company with more than 30 years of success in the American IT staffing market. As demand from our U.S. clients continues to grow, we are expanding our recruiter team.
Our team includes professionals based in the United States, Ukraine, Georgia, Argentina, and Mexico. Although we work across different countries and time zones, we collaborate closely every day and operate as one team.
This is a dynamic, execution-focused recruiting role. It is not a full-desk position. You will not be responsible for business development or client acquisition. You will focus on candidate communication, interview preparation, and closing.
Speed, consistency, and strong communication are key to success in this role.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Engage with IT, Engineering, and Administrative professionals identified by our sourcing team (no technical background required).
* Conduct phone and video interviews.
* Present U.S.-based job opportunities clearly and confidently.
* Evaluate candidate’s qualifications and motivation.
* Prepare candidate documentation and submissions.
* Coach candidates before client interviews.
* Manage interview follow-ups and feedback.
* Extend job offers and guide candidates through the acceptance process.
* Maintain activity metrics and performance targets.
This is a high-activity role where organization and discipline matter.
**Requirements:**
* Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Comfortable speaking on the phone daily.
* Goal-oriented and motivated by measurable results.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Self-discipline to work effectively in a remote setting.
* Availability Monday to Friday, 5 pm – 2 am Tbilisi time (8 working hours + 1-hour break).
* Personal laptop or PC (corporate laptop provided after 6 months).
