**Sales Recruiter (fully remote)**
We are an American recruiting company with more than 30 years of success in the US recruiting market. As the IT market keeps growing, we are looking to expand our talented international team of Recruiters.

**Requirements:**
* Upper-Intermediate English or higher
* Ability to speak confidently on the phone with a wide range of candidates based in the US
* Ability to manage a high quantity of calls
* Personal laptop or PC (we will provide you with the corporate laptop after 6 months of work)
* Good MS Office skills Outlook, Word, and Excel
* Availability to work during the following fixed schedule Monday through Friday: from 4 pm till 1 am Tbilisi time (8 hours with a 1-hour dinner break)
**Responsibilities:**
* Recruit top talent for various job openings in IT, engineering, manufacturing, finance, marketing, etc.
* Conduct screening phone calls with qualified candidates preselected for you by a team of sourcers
* Assist in arranging interviews for qualified candidates with our clients
* Cooperate with the team of Account Managers based in the US on selecting the best candidates for our clients’ job openings.
