**Job Title:** Talent Sourcer
**Company:** Vitaver and Associates, Inc. (dba Vitaver Staffing)
**Location:** Georgia (fully remote)
**Description:**
* Actively research and identify qualified candidates from a resume database.
* Understand various job openings and research unfamiliar skills and technologies to grasp candidate requirements.
* Collaborate with the recruiting team to select the best candidates for client job openings.
* Work with performance metrics focused on the volume and quality of submitted profiles.
* No prior work experience is required; comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.
**Requirements:**
* Strong online research skills.
* Comfortable working with productivity targets and KPIs.
* Self-discipline and ability to work independently.
* Personal laptop or PC.
* Upper-intermediate spoken and written English.
* Good MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
* Availability to work from 5 pm to 2 am Tbilisi time (8 hours with a 1-hour dinner break).
