**About Our Game**
**Taonga: the Island Farm** is an immersive exploration and adventure game set on a colorful tropical archipelago.
What begins as a **casual farming experience** gradually evolves into a rich, multi-layered adventure. Players discover increasing depth through travel, story-driven quests, strategic battles, engaging mini-games, competitive events, and much more—transforming the game into a captivating **midcore adventure** with sophisticated mechanics.
We are looking for a dedicated **Talent Acquisition Sourcer** to help grow and strengthen our team and continue bringing delightful experiences to our players.
**Responsibilities**
* Reviewing applications and supporting candidates through the whole recruitment process
* Sourcing candidates through diverse channels: job boards, social media, professional communities, and messaging platforms
* Screening CVs and questionnaires to identify the most relevant profiles
* Closely collaborating with recruiters across all sourcing areas.
Our ideal candidate
* Has genuine passion for games
* Overall recruitment experience of at least 1 year
* Experience with ATS and different kinds of sourcing channels
* English language proficiency at level B2 or higher.
