Senior Unity Developer – Mixed Reality / Meta Quest 3

Responsibilities:
Further development of our Mixed Reality application for the Meta Quest 3 in Unity (C#)
Integration and maintenance of Meta Quest SDKs (Interaction SDK, Scene, Depth, Passthrough, etc.)
Working with Shared Anchors for spatial synchronization
Implementation and optimization of Netcode features (NGO or Photon)
Further development of UI, interactions, calibration, and object spawning
Mobile optimizations (Draw Calls, URP/Built-in, Depth Buffer, Memory, etc.)
Technical responsibility throughout the entire development cycle
Joint development of new features such as sun simulation, audiovisual environmental effects, integration of third-party products, and transitions into our online portal and shop system
Requirements:
Completed degree or training in computer science or a similar qualification
Experience in Unity & C# – ideally 5+ years
Hands-on experience with Meta Quest 3/ MR/ Passthrough in real projects
Experience with Shared Anchor systems, as well as solid understanding of current Netcode frameworks
Strong focus on performance, architecture, and mobile optimization
Ability to clearly explain technical topics and empower the team
Enjoyment of responsibility and curiosity for new technologies
