Requirements:
— Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Equivalent experience will also be considered.
— 1+ year of experience in back-end development using .NET Core.
— Proficiency in MS SQL Server and experience with other database technologies (e.g.,
PostgreSQL, MySQL) is a plus.
— Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development.
— Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
— Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment tools.
— Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.
— Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a
team.
— Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities:
— Design, develop, and maintain back-end applications using .NET Core and other
Microsoft technologies to streamline and automate internal document flow processes.
— Implement and optimize database solutions using MS SQL Server and other database
technologies as required to ensure efficient document storage, retrieval, and
management.
— Collaborate with front-end developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver
high-quality software solutions that enhance our internal document workflow.
— Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices and design patterns to
support document management functionalities.
— Develop and maintain RESTful APIs to integrate with various internal systems and thirdparty applications for seamless document exchange.
— Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure
code quality and adherence to standards.
— Implement and maintain logging and monitoring solutions using tools like NLog to track
document processing activities and system performance.
— Ensure the security and compliance of document management solutions by
implementing robust data protection mechanisms and adhering to relevant regulations.
— Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including planning,
development, testing, and deployment of document management features.
— Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance and resolve issues related
to document processing.
— Maintain comprehensive documentation for code, architecture, and processes related to
internal document flow solutions.
— Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our document
management solutions are cutting-edge.

Would be a plus:
— Experience with microservice architecture and service discovery.
— Experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker.
— Familiarity with using ChatGPT for development assistance.
