WorkLink is building a high-performance mobile development team for a leading international banking and digital finance company. We are looking for a skilled iOS Developer with 3+ years of experience, strong knowledge of Swift, and deep understanding of modern mobile architecture practices.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain high-quality iOS applications used by thousands of banking customers daily.
* Implement new features, improve existing banking flows, and ensure top-level security and reliability.
* Work with UIKit programmatically, building clean, scalable, and reusable UI components.
* Integrate with RESTful APIs and ensure smooth data handling and efficient network communication.
* Apply GCD for concurrency and performance optimization in sensitive banking operations.
* Use Delegate pattern, protocol-oriented MVVM, and Clean Architecture to deliver scalable, maintainable codebases.
* Collaborate closely with backend, QA, product, and security teams to align on delivery.
* Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and follow best development standards.
* Work with Git for version control and branching strategies.
Requirements:
* 3+ years of professional iOS development experience.
* Strong proficiency in Swift and UIKit, especially building UI fully programmatically.
* Solid experience with GCD for multithreading and performance improvements.
* Deep understanding of Delegate pattern, protocol-based MVVM, and Clean Architecture.
* Hands-on experience integrating with RESTful APIs.
* Proficiency with Git (branching, code review, conflict resolution).
* Experience in financial, banking, fintech, or high-security environments is a strong plus.
* Ability to write clean, testable, and maintainable code.
* Good communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced team.
