WorkLink is building a high-performance mobile development team for a leading international banking and digital finance company. We are looking for a skilled iOS Developer with 4+ years of experience, strong knowledge of Swift, and deep understanding of modern mobile architecture practices.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain high-quality iOS applications used by thousands of banking customers daily.
• Implement new features, improve existing banking flows, and ensure top-level security and reliability.
• Work with UIKit programmatically, building clean, scalable, and reusable UI components.
• Integrate with RESTful APIs and ensure smooth data handling and efficient network communication.
• Apply GCD for concurrency and performance optimization in sensitive banking operations.
• Use Delegate pattern, protocol-oriented MVVM, and Clean Architecture to deliver scalable, maintainable codebases.
• Collaborate closely with backend, QA, product, and security teams to align on delivery.
• Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and follow best development standards.
• Work with Git for version control and branching strategies.
🔹 Requirements
• 3+ years of professional iOS development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Swift and UIKit, especially building UI fully programmatically.
• Solid experience with GCD for multithreading and performance improvements.
• Deep understanding of Delegate pattern, protocol-based MVVM, and Clean Architecture.
• Hands-on experience integrating with RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency with Git (branching, code review, conflict resolution).
• Experience in financial, banking, fintech, or high-security environments is a strong plus.
• Ability to write clean, testable, and maintainable code.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced team.
