World Chess is looking for a Recruiter to join our international team. This is a full-time role for a professional with strong experience in building product teams and a proven ability to find exceptional talent across different markets.
We are a global company with ambitious plans, and we need someone who can not only fill roles but also understand the culture of product development, move fast, and speak the language of both candidates and hiring managers.
**You will:**
* Lead end-to-end recruitment for product and tech positions
* Partner closely with hiring managers to understand needs and priorities
* Build pipelines and manage outreach to top talent worldwide
* Ensure an excellent candidate experience that reflects World Chess values
**You have:**
* Experience recruiting for product teams (product managers, designers, engineers, etc.)
* Strong sourcing and networking skills
* Excellent command of English (both written and spoken)
* The drive to work in a fast-paced, international environment
* This is a full-time, remote position.
