We are building a scalable and resilient international solution at the intersection of infrastructure, logistics, and data.
We are looking for a DevOps / SRE Team Lead (Production Support) to strengthen our platform operations and reliability function.
What you will do:
* Lead a small DevOps/SRE team (2–5 engineers): task prioritization, mentoring, hiring.
* Collaborate with L1/L2 teams: incident triage, L3 escalations, participate in on-call rotation.
* Maintain production environments: availability, performance, security, capacity & cost planning.
* Drive incident management processes: SLO/SLI, alerting, runbooks, post-mortems, RCA.
* Automate support workflows: Terraform, Helm, GitOps (ArgoCD/Flux), CI/CD, self-service tools.
* Develop and improve observability: Prometheus, Grafana, Loki/ELK, OpenTelemetry/Jaeger.
* Operate and tune HBase and YT clusters: upgrades, backups, failure recovery.
* Build internal utilities and automation in Go / Python / Bash.
What we expect:
* 4+ years in DevOps / SRE / Production Support roles.
* 2+ years in a Team Lead / Tech Lead capacity.
* Strong Kubernetes expertise (networking, security, Stateful workloads, HPA).
* Experience with Terraform, Helm, GitOps, and zero-downtime CI/CD pipelines.
* Solid understanding of observability and incident management practices.
* Strong Linux and containerization (Docker/BuildKit) background.
* Experience with HBase and/or YT is a strong plus.
* Scripting/automation in Bash + (Go or Python).
