**Interview Confirmation Specialist (Full-Time, Remote)**

Zabota.io helps agencies and e-commerce brands hire top global talent. We’re growing fast and need a hyper-organized, detail-obsessed specialist to ensure every interview happens on time, with minimal errors.

**Responsibilities**
* **Own confirmations end-to-end:** Confirm interview times with candidates clients via email, and WhatsApp/call; handle reschedules proactively.
* **Time-zone accuracy:** Convert and double-check all times across CET/EST/PST; input candidate details into correct calendar links.
* **Update the team fast:** Post confirmations + changes to the right Slack channel and tag the correct AM/recruiter.
* **Reminders:** Send reminder sequence (24h/4h/1h) to both sides; include Zoom/Google Meet links and prep info.
* **Tracking & hygiene:** Log every confirmation in Google Forms by the end of the day and keep statuses up to date (Booked / Confirmed / Rescheduled / No-show).
* **Escalations:** Flag risks immediately (no reply, time conflict, missing link, late join).
* **Quality control:** Spot errors (wrong name, date, time zone, link) and fix before they hit the calendar.
* **Reporting:** Daily recap of upcoming interviews + previous day outcomes; weekly KPI summary.

**Requirements**
* Strong written and spoken English. (B2+)
* **Great organization** and extreme attention to detail.
* Fluent with Google Workspace, Slack, Calendly, and basic data entry.
* Prior experience in admin / scheduling / recruiting coordination is a plus.
* Reliable internet and the ability to work independently with rapid response times.

**Schedule**
* **Full-time: 40 hours/week.**
* **Shift:** 2:00 PM–10:00 PM Tbilisi time (coverage for Europe + North America).

**Compensation**
* **Base salary: $800/month**
* **Performance bonuses:** up to **$200/month total** if KPIs are hit

**Performance Goals (KPIs)**
* **95%** of interviews confirmed **β‰₯ 2 hours** in advance (or documented attempt/escalation within 2 hours of request).
