Recruiting Specialist (Marketing & Ecom Background)

No recruiting experience is required. We will train you from scratch.
If you’re smart and have the right background, recruiting is easy to learn.
Who This Role Is For
This role is not for traditional HR or corporate recruiting backgrounds.
We’re looking for people who come from:
Performance marketing agencies (media buying, email, growth, UGC, ops)
eCommerce / DTC brands
Sales, SDR, or lead generation roles
Research-heavy or analytical roles
Supporting founders or operators inside marketing businesses
If you’ve worked in these environments, you already understand:
Corporate vs agency realities
Real operators vs resume-padding candidates
That instinct is what we care about.
What You’ll Do
End-to-End Candidate Ownership
Source, screen, and qualify candidates using:
LinkedIn
Boolean search
Competitor & agency mapping
Own 2–4 active roles at a time
Filtering & Decision-Making
Spot red flags fast:
Corporate-only backgrounds
Wrong environment or scope
Inflated or fake experience
Assess:
Relevant experience
Role fit
English level
Screening calls are expected when needed (this is not sourcing-only)
Training & Ramp-Up
We train you closely at the start:
Sourcing systems
Screening frameworks
How to evaluate agency and eCom talent properly
Output expectations ramp over time — not overnight.
Compensation
Base: $1,500 USD / month
Performance bonus: up to $100-400/month, tied directly to placements
Clear path to higher responsibility and compensation for consistent performers
At target performance, total comp is $1,800–$1,900/month.
