**Talent Researcher (Marketing or Ecom Background)**
**About Zabota.io**
Zabota.io is a headhunting firm that works exclusively with performance marketing agencies, eCommerce brands, and online companies. We focus on precision headhunting for roles in marketing, eCommerce, and agency operations.
**Who This Role Is For**
This role is for individuals with a background in digital marketing, agency operations or strategy, sales/lead generation, research-heavy or analytical roles, or those who have supported founders within marketing or eCommerce businesses. Prior recruiting experience is not required, as training will be provided.
**Core Responsibilities:**
* **Talent Research & Sourcing:** Utilize LinkedIn, Boolean search, and competitor/agency mapping to find high-quality candidates from specific company types (agencies, DTC brands, performance teams). Build targeted candidate lists and support 2-4 active roles simultaneously. The primary focus is to eliminate unsuitable candidates.
* **Filtering & Pre-Qualification:** Quickly identify red flags such as corporate-only experience, wrong work environments, or incorrect scope. Assess candidate relevance, role fit, and English proficiency. Screening calls will be conducted only when necessary.
**Training Provided:**
* Advanced LinkedIn & Boolean sourcing techniques
* Competitor and market mapping
* Understanding of agency and DTC organizational structures
* Identifying genuine experience versus superficial resumes
* Professional headhunting standards
**What This Role Is NOT:**
* HR or administrative tasks
* Resume forwarding or volume outreach
**Working Hours:**
* Full-time
* 14:00 – 22:00 GMT+4 (Georgia time)
* Fully remote
**Compensation:**
* Starting at $900 USD / month
