Here are the job responsibilities:
* **Candidate Sourcing & Outreach:**
* Source high-quality candidates using LinkedIn, Boolean search, competitor mapping, and direct headhunting.
* Send 5 strong candidates per week to recruiters.
* Build talent lists from top agencies and DTC brands.
* Use research tools, Boolean searches, and company databases to identify hidden talent.
* **Screening & Candidate Qualification:**
* Conduct initial screening calls to assess experience and fit when needed.
* Quickly assess experience, role fit, and English level.
* Maintain 5–7 qualified candidates in the pipeline for each open role.
* Support 2-4 active roles at a time.
* **Data & ATS Management:**
* Keep 100% ATS compliance, logging and tagging all sourced candidates correctly.
The ideal candidate has experience in marketing, eCommerce, sales, or agency operations. No prior recruiting experience is required, as training will be provided.
