We’re looking for a sharp, resourceful **Senior Recruiter** to join our team – someone who goes beyond filling roles to building teams, shaping our employer brand, and partnering with leaders to influence the company’s future. You’ll own recruitment end-to-end, from strategy to candidate experience, in a role with real impact and visibility.
**๐ฏ What You’ll Own**
* End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full cycle across multiple functions, from scoping to offer
* Talent Strategy & Market Mapping: Anticipate needs, research talent markets, and build pipelines proactively
* Employer Branding: Strengthen our reputation in the market and ensure a top-notch candidate experience
* Stakeholder Partnership: Work closely with hiring managers and leadership to deliver hiring plans
* Process Optimization & Reporting: Improve workflows and track key recruitment metrics
**๐ค What We’re Looking For**
* 5+ years in full-cycle recruitment, ideally in gaming, tech, or startups
* Proven track record hiring for technical, art, business, and leadership/executive roles
* Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions
* Strong sourcing skills and ability to engage passive candidates
* Data-driven approach with focus on quality and efficiency
* Fluency in English and Russian
